Enter a keyword to do a search. Single keywords work best. Ex., instead of searching for 'Sam Commons', type the singlemost relevant keyword 'Commons' or you could get results not only for 'Sam Commons' but also 'Sam Smith' and 'Sam Johnson'. Another option is to first use general search terms, then search only the results of your first search by checking the 'Refine' button and entering a new search term (ie., searching for 'Sam', then clicking the refine button and searching for 'Commons').
