Andy Anderson of the 64th SQ is wanting
to know if anyone remembers this man, Philip H. Kwan.
The information I've been given, apparently in Kwan's own words, is

Serving as Communications chief, I was the only Asian in the outfit.
During one move, I was on one plane but ordered to another. The original
plane....was shot down. Someone was watching over me.
