James Dimmer writes: "It is my understanding that this whole crew perished on takeoff. They were members of the 63rd BS. My grandfather "Chief" and Cas were friends with all of them. I believe that their tent was very nearby and sometimes they spent their daylight awake hours all together drinking, swimming, and exploring the area.I was only told by Chief that this was the Hockman crew."
