Description of Missions:
Port Moresby -- Dobodura -- bombed Wewak, Hollandia, Rabaul, recon missions. Rabaul mission flew with Gen. Kenney as part of his crew.

Funniest or most fun memory of the war:
bawled out General Kenney -- who was in khakis w. no insignia. After a while I asked him his name and he said, Gen. Kenney. Not much you can do about it, son."

Any odd or strange memories from the war:
Komodo dragons. 43rd had the best outhouse in Pacific

Where I was and how I celebrated when I learned the warwas over:
Was in Denver, Lowry Field, coming from camp into town. Went out on the town with my wife.
